CBI registers case against Dy Director, IT on corruption charges

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against the then Deputy Director of Income Tax (Investigation), Unit-1, Bhubaneswar on a complaint received from the Department of Income Tax. He was allegedly involved in tampering of external hard disk which was seized during the course of search operation of the Income Tax, Bhubaneswar in the case of said Private Business Group of Cuttack in 2013.
