CBIC will be run by Chairman only ?

This is the state of affairs in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). Out of the total four, two members have already retired this year in March and May respectively. Among the remaining two one Ashok Kumar Pandey is scheduled to superannuate in July and in August, Sandip Mohan Bhatnagar will  also retire. Thus, finally Chairman. M Ajit Kumar will be the solitary  head in the CBIC to run this vast country.
