CBSE hikes education fee; GoI to roll back in view of assembly polls ?

While the nation is celebrating abrogation of Article 370, a decision of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to hike fees in an unprecedented manner has annoyed the youth and caste constituency cultivated by BJP.  The Human Resources Development (HRD) Minister is reported to have expressed displeasure over the decision as the Ministry was not consulted on such important decision having political ramifications as SC/ST community has moved to BJP in large numbers and such decision affects political management when Delhi elections are in the offing. The sources are of the view that the Government can roll back the hike in view of Assembly elections in five states.
