CCL Deputy Chief Security officer gets three-year RI
The Special Judge, CBI Cases, Ranchi has sentenced Nagendra Prasad, the then Deputy Chief Security Officer, Central Coalfields Ltd. (CCL), Rajrappa area (Jharkhand) to undergo three years Rigorous Imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 1.30 lakh after found guilty of corruption.
