Central Staff below Dy Secy rank, working from home, get directive

The Central Govt for regulating the attendance of officers and staff below the level of Deputy Secretary has asked those officers/staff who are not required to attend office on a particular day and working from home should be available on telephone and electronic means of communication at all times.
