Central, State cadre movement affecting Tamil Nadu

Two IAS officers repatriated from the Centre. Alongside Ashish Chatterjee's return to Tamil Nadu, Sanjay Kumar, IAS (2008, AGMUT) was prematurely repatriated to AGMUT from his post as Deputy Election Commissioner. For Tamil Nadu, the important part is Chatterjee's return and the possibility of a future senior State posting.
