Chairman will be decided among two members – Prasad to make it ?
CBDT is presently having two members - KM Prasad and S K Gupta. Gupta was to retire last year but got one year extension. Prasad is the only member who is in the service. According to sources,in such a situation new Chairman will be selected among these two, if the government desires. And the
