Chander Prakash Bhatia appointed as Director (Fin), HOCL

Chander Prakash Bhatia, GM, REC, has been appointed as Director (Finance), Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
