Change of Command of INS Kalinga

Commodore Pradeep Patel took over as the Commanding Officer of INS Kalinga and Station Commander, Naval Station Bheemunipatnam from Commodore C S Nayar at a ceremony held at INS Kalinga on 26 Dec 2023. Commodore Pradeep Patel, was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 01 Jan 1996. The Officer has served in both ENC and WNC onboard frontline Warships INS Ranjit, INS Pralaya, INS Tabar and INS Trikand. The Officer has tenanted appointment as Fleet Electrical Officer in Western Fleet.
