Changes in Archaeological Survey of India

Bhuvan Vikrama presently in Agra circle has been appointed as Superintendent of Archaeologist, Bhopal Circle while Vasant Kumar Swarankar was made Superintendent of Archaeologist Agra circle and Zulfiquar Ali is new Superintendent of Archaeologist Chandigarh with additional charge of Jammu circle. Besides, H A Naik was made Superintendent Archaeologist, Patna circle and Kunwar Singh was made Superintendent Archaeologist, Bhopal Circle.
