Changes in promotion criteria for undergraduate teachers

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) is expected to make some changes in Academic Performance Index (API) for the undergraduate College teachers.  As per new policy, mandatory research will be eased for the teachers to avail of the benefits of promotions.  The teachers can also get engaged in more community activities, involving students for promotion.
