Charges allocated among Members of CBIC

Charges among Members of Central  Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) have been allocated following the appointment of Vivek Rajan as Member, CBIC. Accordingly, Vivek Johri, Chairman, will supervise all Members; Rajiv Talwar, Member (Customs) will supervise Directorate General (DG) of Export Promotion, DG of Valuation, Authority for Advance Ruling, Central Revenue Control Laboratories, Directorate of International Customs and Central Region; Sanjay  Kumar Agarwal, Member (Compliance Management) will supervise DG of Revenue Intelligence, DG of GST Intelligence, DG of Analytics and Risk Management, DG of Audit, Commissioner (PAC) and Preventive Zones; Alok Shukla, Member (Administration & Vigilance), will look after DG of NACIN, DG of Vigilance, DG of HR Development, DG of Performance Management and East Region; Mrs V Rama Mathew will supervise DG of Systems & Data Management, DG of Taxpayer Services, DG of Logistics and West Region; Shashank Priya, Member (GST, Central Excise, Service Tax) will look after DG of GST, DG of Anti-Profiteering and North Region and Vivek Rajan, Member (Tax Policy and Legal) will supervise Chief Commissioner (AR), CESTAT, Settlement Commission,Directorate of Legal Affairs and South Region.
