Chargesheet against ex-CMD, officials of NTC for causing loss

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a charge sheet in the Court of Special Judge, CBI cases, (City Civil & Session Courts, Greater Mumbai) at Mumbai against the then Director (Tech) & then I/c CMD, National Textile Corporation Ltd., New Delhi; then Director (Finance) NTC New Delhi; the then Chief General Manager/ Office-in-Charge, at NTC Ltd, Mumbai; then Manager (Material & Assets Sale) NTC Ltd., Mumbai; then Company Secretary (AS) NTC Ltd., New Delhi; Director of Mumbai based private company and the said Mumbai based private company for causing an alleged loss of Rs. 64,35,000/- (approx) to NTC Ltd.
