Chattopadhyaya made DGP of Punjab
Siddharth Chattopadhyaya has been made the state DGP till a regular police chief is appointed from a panel of three officers shortlisted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 1986 batch IPS officer Chattopadhyaya has succeeded 1988 batch IPS officer Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota.
