Chaturbhuja Behera, is appointed as Inspector General of Forests (IGF), (Central), Integrated Regional Office, Raipur, under the Central Staffing Scheme of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (CSS-MoEFCC). He is a 1996 batch IFoS officer of AGMUT/JK cadre.
