Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary unlikely to get extension

After the denial of extension in service to Rajasthan Chief Secretary Rajiv Swarup, it seems certain that Chief Secretary of another Congress ruled state Chhattisgarh R P Mandal will also not get extension on November 30.
