Chhattisgarh govt shifts 7 IFoS officers (UPDATED)
Seven officers of Indian Forest Service (IFoS) have been given new assignments in Chhattisgarh. Mrs Sanjeeta Gupta of 1997 batch has been posted as Incharge MD, State Minor Forest Produce Federation, Nava Raipur, while 1998 batch officer Amarnath Prasad joins as Secretary, Forest & Climate Change Department with additional charge of MD, State Forest Development Corporation.
Likewise, S Venkatachalam of 2005 batch is posted as Executive Director, State Minor Forest Produce Federation; 2009 batch Abhishek Kumar Singh as Conservator of Forest, Office of PCCF and HoFF; Gurunathan N of 2012 batch as Incharge Chief Conservator of Forest (Wildlife) and Project Director, Udanti-Sitanadi Tiger Reserve, Gariyaband; Pranay Mishra of 2013 batch was shifted as as Incharge Chief Conservator of Forest (Wildlife) and Project Director, Guru Ghasidas Tiger Reserve with additional charge of CCF, Project Elephant, Sarguja and Ramesh Kumar Jangde, also of 2015 batch is now Incharge Regional GM, State Forest Development Corporation.
