Chhattisgarh: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS Pratishtha Mamgain, District Magistrate of the Bemetara is the youngest collector in the state of Chhattisgarh. Born in 1995, Mamgain belongs to the 2018 Batch of the Chhattisgarh Cadre.
