Sanjeev Churiwala has submitted his resignation as Director, Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of United Spirits Limited. He will step down on September 30.
Pradeep Jain has been appointed to replace him as the Chief Financial Officer, a day after he bows out. Jain is presently Executive Vice President (Commercial Finance) in the company.
