More than 1.62 lakh personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) voluntarily donated their one day’s salary to the Prime Minister's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations Fund (PM CARES Fund), to fight against the novel coronavirus pandemic. Rajesh Ranjan, DG, CISF handed over a cheque of Rs.16,23,82,357 to Amit Shah, Home Minister.
