After about 2-year impasse, nine names were recommended for the vacant posts of Judge in the Supreme Court of India. With this, present CJI N V Ramanna will be known in the history of SC. Never in the past, such a number was inducted in the Apex Court. The last appointment was made in September 2019

Never in the past, such a number was inducted in the Apex Court. The last appointment was made in September 2019 when Ranjan Gogoi was the CJI.
