CM Gupta sent as PCE, SWR

Chhanno Mal Gupta has been transferred from Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN) to South Western Railway (SWR) and posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
