CMD of OVL selection , a new headache

 Push and pulls are going on to stall the selection of CMD for OVL which is lying vacant for the last few moths. It is said that this post belongs to an Additional Secretary level post but the Minister of the  concerned ministry was reportedly interested to bring an IFS officer. After that the Ministry moved a proposal to downgrade the post to a JS level but PESB reportedly rejected the proposal by saying it needs ACC approval. According to sources the case has been forwarded to PMO for final decision.
