CMR Green Technologies Ltd re-appoints Mohan Agarwal as MD

Mohan Agarwal has been re-appointed as Managing Director of CMR Green Technologies Limited. Meanwhile, Akshay Agarwal and Raghav Agarwal have been re-appointed as Whole-Time Directors, while Balvinder Kumar, Gyan Mohan and Ms. Rashmi Verma have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of the company.
