Code of Conduct nothing to do with Collegium meetings?
It is said that the Code of Conduct doesn’t bar the Supreme Court from holding a Collegium meeting to select a Judge. Only last week a Collegium meeting took place but remained inconclusive on the selection. Now Collegium is meeting soon.
