The Special Judge, CBI cases, Chandigarh has convicted B S Guraya, then Colonel of Western Command and sentenced him to undergo five years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs one lakh with ordering for confiscation of properties of accused worth Rs.66,94,455.82 after he was found guilty of amassing assets to the tune of Rs.90 lakh (approx) which was disproportionate to his known sources of income.
