In all probability after superannuation on September 30 Secretary Commerce B.V.R Subrahmanyam will take over as Chairman of the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO).He is 1987 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre. The post has fallen vacant on August 31.
