Consultancy firms to Monetize govts\' properties
11 Consultancy firms have been empanelled for monetising land and properties of CPSEs/PSUs and other govt organisation. The list includes one govt and 10 private firms. DIPAM under the Ministry of Finance has issued order in this regard.
