Controversial joining of Rajiv Kumar

A new controversy has erupted about the joining of Rajiv Kumar, a WB cadre IPS officer. Official sources say that the officer came in time on Thursday morning and reported to cadre controlling authority as per ECI directives. But some other source said that the officer reported in the ministry in the after noon. Large number of media persons were waiting at the main gate of MHA since morning and enquiring about Kumar's reporting from their respective sources in MHA and were reportedly informed that Kumar is yet to report. Only God knows when he came, reported and  left ?
