Convenience Fee neither refundable nor reimbursable

 Convenience Fee  has become a big headache for the government officials, especially when they go on official tours. They are being charged the Convenience fee by Air Lines and Railways but that is neither reimbursable nor refundable, if they cancel the ticket. Officials are bound to bear the Con Fee. It is said Convenience fee is being charged between Rs 150 to Rs 300 by various airlines.
