Corporation Bank MD & CEO P V Bharathi may get tenure extension

While rumours are still floating around that Mrs P V Bharati, MD & CEO of Corporation Bank could be moved to Union Bank of India Board, whispers are that she may be offered an extension as MD & CEO of Corporation Bank beyond March 31, 2020 as a special case as the Bank would be in the midst of the merger with Union Bank of India—the date she is retiring. However, the tenure of extension in not known.
