COSC to see two Chairman within a year this time !

It could be the first time in the history of defence services in India that Chairman of Chiefs Of Staff Committee (COSC) will change within a span of a few months as the newly appointed Air Chief Marshal B S Dhanoa as Chairman, COSC will retire in September this year and thereafter Army Chief General Bipin Rawat - who retires in December 2019 - is expected to take over charge from him.
