Ms. Madhuri Muddana has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of COSYN Limited with effect from May 26, 2026. Muddana is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in public practice. She serves as the founding partner of Madhuri & Co., Chartered Accountants, based in Hyderabad.
