Creche Centre has become a headache for NMC

MIB has established a Creche Centre in National Media Centre (NMC) about two years ago when Smriti Irani was the minister and purchased some items at that time. But the Centre is locked since then and it has become headache for every one. On top of this PIB, where it is housed, can't take decision whether the Centre should be open or closed. Will the Ministry take final decision in this regard?
