CSS Officer Niraj Kumar pens down magnum opus on Kalachakra Tantra

Niraj Kumar, a CSS officer from CSE-1996, has penned down 2700 page long five volume pentalogy on the Kalachakra Tantra, considered to be epitome of Nalanda tradition. The first volume running into 685 pages have been published and has caught global attention for promoting the Indian perspective on Buddhism. He has to his credit more than 8 books on themes like Asian integration, Indian culture and strategic significance of Himalayas.
