CSS officers again launch campaign in support of demand for promotion

The officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) again rallied around in support of their demand for promotion. The officers staged ‘gherao’ at North Block and launched a campaign ‘Save-CSS’.  Notably, the CSS officers are the backbone of the Government.
