CSS Probationers complain of mental harassment in Bihar

Around 200 newly recruited officers in Central Secretariat Service (CSS), who were deputed to the Government of Bihar by the Government of India for the training purpose, alleged to be suffering from mental harassment. In a letter to DoPT Minister, Dr Jitendra Singh, the probationers alleged that officers of Bihar are torturing them by providing accommodation with no infra-facilities and making a training schedule from 5.30 AM to 10 PM. Some of the officers who defied scheduled charts were served with show cause notices.
