Curtain raiser Press Conference nine months before

World Food India event will be held in November this year. The Ministry of Food Processing organised a curtain raiser press conference in Delhi on March, 10, 2023. It is said that for the first time such PC was organised nine months advance. Sources said that due to fear of lapse of budget this event was held in March, the last month of FY. Pashupati Kumar Paras, brother of late Ram Vilas Paswan, is the minister of MoFI.
