CV Raman appointed GM, RWF

CV Raman, who is presently working as Officer on Special Duty (Railway Stores) in the Railway Board, has been appointed as General Manager (GM) of Rail Wheel Factory (RWF). He is an Indian Railway Medical Service (IRMS) officer.
