CWC celebrates foundation day

Central Warehousing Corporation celebrated its 62 nd Foundation Day on 05.03.2018 at New Delhi. On the occasion, Ravi Kant, IAS, Secretary (Food & Public Distribution) was the Chief Guest Yogender Tripathi, IAS, Chairman,J.S. Kaushal, Managing Director, Sharda Prasad, IAS (Retd), Director and S.C. Mudgerikar, Director (M&CP) were present. Chief Guest lauded the achievements of the Corporation and desired that it would attain greater heights in future. J.S. Kaushal, MD shared that CWC registered a turnover of Rs.1606.29 crores during 2016-17 with profit before tax of Rs.260.59 crores. MD presented a road map for future schemes and diversifications alongwith the achievements made by the Corporation. He congratulated the employees for their efforts and motivated them for even better performance.
