Daggers drawn in Rail Bhawan ?

With the retirement of Ashwani Lohani as CRB coming closer, daggers are drawn among three members of the Railway Board who many railway officers vouch are willing to go to any level to occupy the top slot. Old timers say that this happens every time the top slot is about to fall vacant. Will the railway bureaucracy ever improve is the lament of majority of the officers ?
