Date for Presidential Election declared

The Election Commission of India has scheduled for the Presidential Election, 2022: June 29, 2022, as the last date for making nominations; June 30, 2022, as the date for the scrutiny of nominations; July 2, 2022, as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures; and July 18, 2022, as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken.
