DC Deshwal appointed CRS, Northern Circle

Dinesh Chand Deshval, Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE), North Western Railway (NWR), has been appointed as Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS), Northern Circle, New Delhi, in the Commission of Railway Safety, Ministry of Civil Aviation on absorption basis. The technical resignation of Mishra, an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, has been accepted with effect from November 17, 2023.
