Debashish Bhattacharjee appointed CSTE/Proj., Eastern Railway

Debashish Bhattacharjee, who is presently serving in South Eastern Railway (SER), has been transferred to Eastern Railway and posted as Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer/Projects (CSTE/Proj.). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
