Deemed to be University not finding first VC

 The Indian Institute of Mass Communications (IIMC) was declared Deemed to be University by the ministry of education in February this year. The prestigious institute is a baby of the ministry of information and broadcasting. The Institute is yet to get its first Vice Chancellor and to run the show the concerned ministry has posted Anupama Bhatnagar as DG. She is an IIS officer.
