Deepak Kumar repatriated to parent cadre; likely to be new CS, Bihar

Deepak Kumar, Chairman, National Highways Authority of India, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre. Deepak Kumar, who belongs to a 1984 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre, is expected to succeed Anjani Kumar as Chief Secretary on June 1. (We said this on May 14, 2018)
