Deepak Kumar Sinha posted as PCSTE, NCR

Deepak Kumar Sinha, presently serving as Chief Signal Engineer (CSE), North Central Railway (NCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
