Deepak Sawant - who was serving as Whole-Time Director and deputed as the Deputy Managing Director of Mahanagar Gas Limited - has resigned as Director of the company. Meanwhile, Raj Kishore Tiwari has ceased to be Independent Director of the company on completion of his tenure.
