Deepfake: A technology overshadowed by crime

It is a blessing to be born in an era of rapid technological advancements. However, we cannot shy away from the fact that as technology gets better, those who know how to tweak it for their benefit get even better. Deepfake, or may we say the double-edged sword, is one such technology that though ‘is being to good use’, it is garnering more wrath for its misuse.
