Defence Secretary supersedes three batches of IAS ?

Newly appointed Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar, who is 1985 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, has superseded  three batches of IAS -1982,1983,1984 and a couple of 1985 batch officers in the GoI.
